YOGA
Join us every Wednesday at 7pm, Friday at 6pm, or Sunday morning at 10:45am for an hour of yoga to help release tension and reset you as you head into a new week of life and workout domination. This class combines yoga flow with moments of static yoga poses to help relieve tightness while building strength and increasing flexibility.

Beginners to intermediate exercisers are welcome as everyone can benefit from this class.

What’s Expected of You

Besides a positive outlook, a willingness to work hard for your results, and a commitment to be better than you were yesterday, we only ask a few things of you:

  1. Show up every week with a desire to learn and grow.
  2. Be supportive of others around you; no matter their skill level. Or yours.
  3. Believe in the yourself and the process.
  4. We will supply most needed equipment, but we know most practitioners like to bring their own mats, etc. Feel free to bring your favorite gear along.
