WHAT CLIENT'S SAY
Ken is a cool guy and won’t give you a high-pressure sales pitch. You can do month-to-month or choose a long-term contract for a lower monthly rate. During my 4 month search for a gym, I got really tired of other gyms pressuring me to lock into long-term contracts and upgrade to their personal training, specialty classes, etc. Ken just invited me to check out the gym, asked me what I was looking for and showed me what they have to offer. Very laid back, no pressure.
Being an OCR athlete, Ken really knows his stuff and he’s stocked the gym with everything you need to train for OCR racing. All the members I’ve met are super friendly and supportive of each other during the workouts. All in all, it’s a great place! Given the small class size and the attention I get, it’s a bargain for the price.
Great facility, Great layout of the obstacles and training equipment and love the coaching staff and how they help you with obstacle course training.
Signed up for the free intro class….if I could give more stars I would. Ken is awesome, great instructor/coach, thanks to Tiffany for welcoming me before I even started. Definitely going to buy some type of membership for here! Thanks so much I’ll be back tomorrow.
This gym is awesome! The classes are well planned and the open gym so much fun! It’s obvious Ken and Tiffany truly love what they do. They are encouraging and motivating and ready to help you meet your goals. The atmosphere is so uplifting and positive. It’s fun to see not just the coaches but members cheering on each other as they make their first rope climb, get further on the monkey bars or simply perfect their push ups. If you haven’t checked out the Endurance Factory you are missing out!
The class was awesome, but the open gym after is a ton of fun. If there are specific obstacles that you want to practice, the Endurance Factory has them, and if they don’t, you had better believe that they’ll figure out a way to install them. Can’t wait to go back and try to scale that wall.
The Endurance Factory has been a very fortuitous find for me. In a moment of insanity, I registered for a Spartan race. I’ve described myself as more of a Squishy Arts Nerd…not an athlete. Not a couch potato, but SO not an athlete.
I met Ken shortly before he opened his gym. He gave me a tour and hope that maybe, with 7 weeks to spare, I could pull off this race.
I, a staunch anti-morning person, am up & in the gym for bootcamp with Ken or Tiffany by 6 am. They push me hard enough to be really challenged, but not so far that it becomes disheartening.
They cheer me on for my accomplishments & I’ve never felt judged if my weights are a little lighter or if I’m a little slower than more seasoned athletes…and those seasoned athletes cheer me on as well.
I leave feeling accomplished & still having plenty of energy to take on my day.
I joined because I did not want to fail miserably at the race I still cannot explain why I signed up for. However, I’ve fallen in love with this & the race has become secondary.
As of this writing, I’m nearly 40 & have had incapacitating back issues over the last 20 years. I thought “athlete” was solidly out of my reach. It’s not.
I’m both lucky & grateful to have found such genuinely caring & supportive coaches to bring out the Athletic Arts Nerd.
Oh, and those seasoned athletes? They get challenged, too 😉
Ken has been a great trainer. He encouraged me to push myself past my limits while still keeping it fun. Somehow an hour later I managed to complete drills I thought were impossible, was drenched in sweat, but still wanted more. With his guidance I felt prepared to face my first OCR races.
It’s easy to find a trainer who can lead you through a workout session. What isn’t easy, is finding a coach who will push you past your limits not only physically, but mentally as well. Ken Peluso knows what it means to endure. He knows how to tap into your inner athlete and competitor and he will make sure he conditions you, body and mind, to conquer the goals that you set for yourself. If you tell him that you want to accomplish something, guaranteed he’ll get you there, just as long as you put in the work. His workouts are fun, out of the box, and they will keep you guessing.
We all know that sometimes the hardest moments actually happen outside of the gym and Ken is always ready and available to offer his overabundance of knowledge and most importantly, his friendship. I have never worked with a coach like Ken before and I promise that neither have you.
The Endurance Factory is an OCR/Ninja Warrior style gym that offers personal training and boot camp classes! The owner, Ken, had participated in numerous Tough Muders, Spartan Races, Terrain Races, Warrior Dash, Savage Race, OCR World championships, etc. He lends that knowledge and expertise to all gym members!
