Flexible enough to meet the needs of the fitness beginner, you will work primarily with dumbbells, TRX/Suspension Trainers, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements. No barbells, rope climbs or box jumps here.
Whether your goal is losing weight, building lean muscle, getting more confident with yourself, building functional strength for everyday tasks, or seeking something different in your current workout routine, Interval F.I.T. will help you get there.
Designed for all fitness levels – if you have never lifted weights and don’t know where to start, are looking to regain your fitness, or could just use a change of pace, Interval F.I.T. is a chance for you to focus on bettering yourself while spending time inspiring and being inspired in a supportive and upbeat environment.
Each class is led by a certified and highly trained coach who will ensure that you are working at a pace and with movements appropriate for your current fitness level; when its time to progress, we’ll be right here with you. The low-impact workouts will be constantly varied and consist of functional body weight movements, focusing on your mobility and range of motion to build a durable body that will keep you on your path with less risk of injury. You’ll also work with dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX trainers to provide a fun and challenging fitness experience.
