WHERE DO I START?

L1 Obstacle Skills Workshops

Our one-day skills workshop will give the novice and limited skilled athlete the ability to develop their strength, knowledge, skill, proficiency, and confidence with the base obstacles they will encounter. The Spartan racer will learn the Ring Rig, Rope Climb, Monkey Bars, Wall Climbs. The Savage racer will gain experience on Anchors Aweigh, Twirly Bird, the cheeseboard rig, etc. Participants will leave the program with the ability to attempt and even conquer harder obstacles than before attending.

** Prerequisites: None.

L2 Band Keepers

An introduction into OCR “Racing”, Band Keepers gives the intermediate athlete, who is looking to gain proficiency on harder obstacles, achieve 100% obstacle completion in races, or start racing in Age Group or Elite waves. Obstacle and grip work will be combined with aerobic and anaerobic efforts to introduce athletes to energy systems training and compromised running scenarios.

***Expect advanced obstacles like Twister, Anchors Aweigh, and pro-level multi-rigs.

**Prerequisites: 1. Ability to complete ALL L1 obstacles (Rope climb, monkey bars, rings, wall climbs). 2. Race Experience in Open Waves or above.

L3 Podium Chasers

An elite level training block designed to get experienced racers into podium racing shape. The program will give the advanced athlete, who is looking to gain proficiency on the hardest obstacles, exposure to advanced training modalities and race scenarios. Focusing on advanced energy system training and exposing weaknesses in the athlete, coaches will provide racers with areas of training focus to hone their skills to achieve their goals.

Expect to see expert level multi-rigs, Skitch, Gibbons, Valkyrie, Grip & Vo2 Finishers, and more.

**Prerequisites: 1. Race experience in AG or Elite waves. 2. Race results with (near) 100% obstacle completion (Spartan’s Spear Throw not necessary). This is NOT a course designed to teach obstacle fundamentals! You will be expected to perform.

Hold Policy:

A notice period of 14-days prior to your next scheduled monthly billing date is required for all membership holds/suspensions.
A hold request must be submitted via this form – failure to submit a request will result in no action taken.

The minimum suspension period is 14 days.
Ongoing members can suspend their membership for a maximum of 60 days per joining year.

Suspensions (Injury)
Injury related membership suspension will be processed as soon as the request is submitted. There is no option to backdate or offer suspension time in lieu for injuries.
A suspension in excess of 4 weeks will result in the member being required to cancel their membership.
NOTE – a membership cancellation request following the membership cancellation policy. A cancellation request must be submitted via the web form outlined in your Membership Agreement supplied by The Endurance Factory – failure to submit a request will result in no action taken. Under no circumstances can a cancellation request be backdated.

All Suspension or cancellations will require the relevant forms to be filled in and submitted. Under no circumstances will a text message, phone call or Facebook message suffice.

MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT

TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP SIMPLY COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW

Cancellation Policy:

As outlined in your Membership Agreement*, a cancellation request must be submitted via this form NO LATER than 30 days BEFORE your next billing date - failure to submit a request will result in membership continuation.

Under no circumstances can a cancellation request be backdated.

Membership will cease at the conclusion of the current billing cycle as defined by your cancellation date (submission of this form) - access to classes is permitted during this time. If applicable according to the terms of your Membership Agreement, the buy-out/cancellation fee will process via direct debit at the conclusion of your membership.

All cancellations will require this form to be submitted. Under no circumstances will a text message, phone call or Facebook message suffice.

* Your Membership Agreement can be found in the Profile section of our Members App under 'Documents' or in the members web portal.
