ObstacleFIT℠ ocr training classes are the antidote for athletes looking to bridge the gap between CrossFit, Functional / High Intensity Interval Training, and Obstacle Course Racing. Think of your typical HIIT class but with a focus on functional strength and cardio conditioning. Think sandbags, wallballs, kettlebells, Spartan RAMs, running, rowing, the skierg, and of course Assault Bikes. Work in monkey bars, multi-rigs, rope climbs, 8′ walls, and of course heavy carries. Throw about 45:00 on the clock and you’ll see how we are strategically blending endurance-based workouts and the uniqueness of our OCR specialized gym to not only build better ocr athletes, but better humans who are fit and ready to take on whatever life drops in their way.
