Hold Policy:

A notice period of 10-days prior to your next scheduled monthly billing date is required for all membership holds/suspensions.

A hold request must be submitted via this form – failure to submit a request will result in no action taken. Under no circumstances will a text message, phone call or Facebook message suffice.

Membership hold requests are limited to 12 weeks per calendar year in two week increments. Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume. Your original agreement will be extended by the amount of time of the membership hold. If you chose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 30-Day cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is cancelled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).

Suspensions (Injury)
Injury related membership suspension will be processed as soon as the request is submitted. There is no option to backdate or offer suspension time in lieu for injuries.

NOTE – A membership cancellation request immediately following a membership hold will result in a charge of the next month’s membership fees that were held. All membership payments are non-refundable.
