Our main program and the foundation for our fitness community, consisting of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement. Our certified coaches incorporate programs designed to enhance strength, power, and conditioning to help you reach your peak fitness. We combine conditioning, weights, cardio and body weight exercises in short, intense workouts to generate more results in less time. You’ll find pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells, sandbags, and more! Come see what you’re made of!

Our boot camp program is an effective way to lose weight, tone up, get fit and reach your goals. Our IntervalFIT program provides individuals with a fun, challenging, and rewarding path to achieve an unprecedented level of fitness through expert-led group classes and is carefully designed to accommodate all levels of fitness while building functional strength, and the mobility and conditioning required to get you through your day. Best of all, our coaches will always be by your side for support, encouragement, and instruction.

OCR ENDURANCE TRAINING

ObstacleFIT classes are the antidote for athletes looking to bridge the gap between Functional Fitness Training and Obstacle Course Racing. This group training class is geared towards the individual who seeks real results among a supportive and encouraging community while strategically blending endurance-based workouts and the uniqueness of our OCR specialized gym. We’re convinced that this revolutionary approach to fitness will make you a well-rounded athlete by blending a long-duration (45 minutes +) full-body, functional strength and conditioning workout with obstacles for ALL LEVELS.
